Small Steps Lead to Big Changes

January 26th, 2010

Hi Everyone,

Recently Science Daily featured a study conducted by cognitive scientists and Indiana University.  They tracked two types of diets: one that involved a lot of tracking and choices, the other was more simple and straight-forward.  They found that the long-term success was negatively impacted by the complexity of the diet, and that dieters who adhered to a simple program were much more likely to be successful in the long run.

These are the same principles that inspired all the beFull products.  Check out a video of me talking about the impact of small changes over time.
