Breakfast is your best friend

I’m not sure if you knew this, but September was “Better Breakfast Month,” according to Nutritiondata.com. This last day of BBM presents a good opportunity to stress the importance of starting out your day with a healthy, filling breakfast. Save the excuses of not being able to get up early enough, not having the time, and so on. Get up, eat breakfast and get on with your day.
In addition to the obvious benefit of starting off your day right, eating breakfast, especially a high-protein breakfast, can help you lose weight. About a month ago, a study came out in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition that showed people who ate eggs for breakfast, as opposed to a bagel with the same amount of calories, were more satiated and actually ate less throughout the day.
So, there you have it, eat breakfast.
