Get some sleep!

Hi, Everyone –

There is an interesting article on msn.com today. It talks about what a lack of sleep can do to your body and weight-loss efforts. According to the article, women who sleep six hours per night were 12 percent more likely to gain a significant amount of weight. Those who slept only five hours per night were 32 percent more likely!

The moral of the story here folks is that you need to get your beauty rest. Your body needs time to rejuvenate so turn off the tv, shut your computer and go get some sleep!
